Joey Hafner	09a4d88e00	Feature: Init stack.nix for Gitea. - Rotate gitea and postgres secrets. - Small update to docs. - Delete unused runner-related files. - Delete runner. - Move postgres data to `$APPDATA/postgres` Note: Primary Gitea instance on `gitea.jafner.tools` is running its own legacy config.
